Introducing...New York Glamour!

New York, New York! Just the name brings to mind images of style, glamour, pizzazz and razzle-dazzle! That is exactly what we wanted when we created our 'New York Glamour' collection, our latest range of wedding and occasion accessories - big, bold, sparkling designs bursting with rhinestones and pearls, beads and lace.

We sourced the embellishments for our new designs straight from a 100 year-old family business in the heart of New York, just a stone's throw from the bright lights of Time Square.

Once the samples arrived in our Isle of Wight studios, Sarah set about creating a stunning collection of accessories comprising guest books, photo albums and keepsake boxes. We had stylish weddings in mind to start with, but these designs are just as suitable for glitzy parties, proms, glittering balls, in fact any occasion that demands a touch of star quality.

We've started with a range of designs on a backing of brilliant white linen; hand crafted in England, the guest books have 64 plain pages, whilst the large albums are filled with 30 heavy cream card interleaved pages that will take photos up to 10" x 8" in size. We also have some lovely designs on a textured ivory linen in the pipeline.

Diamond Heart

We fell in love with the Diamond Heart embellishment as soon as we saw it. It just epitomises the panache we were aiming at and is a real statement piece, 14cm x 13cm in size, studded with dozens of rhinestones and edged with tiny silver bugle beads.

The Diamond Butterfly design is another stunner and it looks gorgeous on the white linen cover of a guestbook, album or keepsake box - a real centrepiece for the event with its white sequins, rhinestones and silver beading.

Still large enough to be striking, the Pearl Butterfly is perhaps slightly more delicate, featuring pearls, sequins and silver beads. Butterflies are an ever popular design theme for weddings, but they make lovely memory boxes too.

A Diamond As Big As The Ritz? Well not quite, but our Diamond Droplet option features a beautiful, big facet cut rhinestone, 2cm in length, encircled with rows of pearls and rhinestones - a rather exotic, oriental style piece that is as much Bollywood as Big Apple!

A centrepiece of interlocking rings makes an appropriate design for wedding accessories. In the centre of the Pearl Rings design is a cluster of pearls and around it rings of rhinestones edged with tiny pearls. Like all these appliqués, the workmanship on the Pearl Rings design is superb and the rings look just fab on a guest book, photo album or keepsake box.

Slightly different in style is the Rose Lace, with the focus more on lace and fine embroidery with delicate sequins, beads and seed pearls. A versatile design, it will suit many occasions,whenever a pretty and feminine style is called for.
