Cherish A Charity™ Favour Boxes

Reading the wedding forums recently, we saw there was a welcome spirit of generosity in the air, with many couples choosing to support a favourite charity at their wedding and give back some of the love to a good cause. We have been looking for some time to find a way to donate to charity but could never decide quite how to do it as there are just so many good causes we would like to support.

Finally we came up with the answer and Cherish A Charity™ was born. We hope to spread the concept throughout a range of products over time but we are starting with some favour boxes that are both beautiful and benevolent! 

Many couples choose to offer favours at the wedding, often in the form of sweets in attractive boxes. With our charity favour box scheme, for each filled favour box you buy, Cherish A Charity™ will donate 50p to charity. And here is the beauty of the scheme; the customer gets to choose the charity that they wish to support, perhaps in memory of a loved one no longer here to share the special day. Any officially registered charity can be designated at the time of ordering and a certificate will be sent to confirm that we have made a donation on their behalf.

We chose a classic square ivory favour box, 40mm x 40mm in size, and we finish it with a soft satin ribbon in a choice of colours to complement the wedding theme: toffee, aqua, hot pink, purple, black, white, ivory, chocolate, pale pink and pale blue. Inside, the wedding guests will find yummy chocolates and a small, silver foiled card saying "For our wedding a donation has been made on your behalf when buying our favours to the following charity". On the back of the card they will see the name of the charity that has been chosen.

Each set of charity favour boxes will be made up by hand to order but we will get them out within 14 days. The minimum order quantity is 10.

This is a brilliant way to both treat your guests and give a little back to a cause that is close to your heart.
